Employee Giving
Payroll Giving
Since 2005, AhnLab employees have voluntarily donated a portion of their monthly salaries through the Company's payroll giving program. The donations are used to support various projects of the Beautiful Foundation.
Welfare Points Donation
Since 2020, AhnLab has been organizing an annual donation campaign where employees can use their welfare points to support medical expenses for children with rare diseases, basic living expenses for families in crisis, and other charitable causes.
Kiosk Donation
AhnLab has added a micro-donation menu to the kiosk in the cafeteria of office building, allowing employees to easily participate in micro-donations by simply tagging their employee ID when ordering beverages. This campaign aims to make giving a part of daily lives.
The donation amount is deducted from employees' monthly salaries, and the funds are distributed to domestic welfare foundations one to two times a year. These contributions are used to support vulnerable people in society or to provide assistance where needed in response to social issues.
Reusable Goods Donation
AhnLab launched a reusable books donation campaign in 2022 to promote resource circulation and contribute to local communities through sales proceeds. In 2023, the campaign was expanded into a reusable goods donation campaign.
Employees voluntarily donate clean, reusable items that are free from contamination, damage, or defects. The donated goods are delivered to Goodwill Store Seongnam, where they are resold. The proceeds are used to support the wages of employees with disabilities working at the store.

Pangyo ESG Alliance
Established in 2022, the Pangyo ESG Alliance is a collaborative ESG alliance centered on companies located in Pangyo Techno Valley. The Alliance promotes the exchange of ESG-related information and collaboration on activities that create environmental and social value. On June 5, 2023, two member companies—AhnLab and Smilegate Foundation—held a reusable clothes donation campaign, where the employees of both companies exchanged more than 1,000 donated clothing items. Pangyo ESG Alliance will continue to make efforts to expand the scope and beneficiaries of the region-based joint activities.
Reusable Clothes Donation Campaign
As the first joint activity of the Pangyo ESG Alliance, employees of two member organizations—AhnLab and Smilegate Foundation — held a reusable clothes donation campaign exchanging more than 1,000 donated clothing items. AhnLab employees contributed approximately 500 items to the campaign.
