AhnLab SEM (Software Education Manager) is an organized software coding training course that started in 2014 and has trained women who have been away from work for many years due to childbirth/childcare and women job seekers as software coding instructors.

Since 2020, in line with the trend of untact technology and digital transformation, we have added job training courses in the digital field and expanded the recruitment target to young people and small business owners.

View AhnLab SEM Academy Curriculum

The 'AhnLab SEM' program is a free digital education program co-operated by AhnLab and Social Venture Momelancer (CEO Hyun-sook Kim). AhnLab provides the full amount of education expenses and educational facilities (Songpa AhnLab SEM Academy training center) for free, and Momelancer is in charge of organizing and implementing educational programs.

AhnLab SEM students can be qualified for completion by combining the completion of the curriculum and the achievement of individual education. After the follow-up field training period, they can work as instructors in their own business, companies/educational institutions, and AhnLab SEM Academy, or do other activities in accordance with their competencies learned.

AhnLab invested KRW 1.59 billion from 2014 to 2023 to operate AhnLab SEM for career-interrupted women, young people, and small business owners. After completing the course, we also provide follow-up support so that graduates can continue their career development.
From 2014 to 2022, AhnLab SEM produced 2,700 graduates.
